Incorporated into an old trade on the one hand and high-tech on the other hand, it creates atmosphere and influences moods. Architecture is never without obligation. It has to work and to fulfill its purpose. Architecture is the result of a dialogue between builder and architect.

Architecture is always also a cultural challenge for the improvement of quality of life in the broadest sense. It has to fulfill high demands regarding function, beauty, safety, durability, economic efficiency, social responsibility and ecology.
